Callow Avenue Apartments
SP Arch’s services for this project in historic Reservoir Hill started as a Zoning Variance that led to the renovation of two apartment buildings connected by a new breezeway that led to the accessible unit on the first floor. While the buildings are not landmarks, preserving the historic character was a high priority.
