Bowie State University Gymnasium and Racquetball Court Building HVAC Renovations

SP Arch Inc. was hired by Gipe Associates to provide architectural design and construction documents for upgrades to the racquetball court, gymnasium and roof repairs in conjunction with HVAC systems serving the gymnasium building. Our design work included replacement of finishes, fire separations and penetrations, code analysis and coordination of other disciplines.
