SP Arch team provided professional services to establish an accurate, current, and justifiable Plant Replacement Value (PRV) of the East Wharf at the USCG Yard in Baltimore, MD. Our primary responsibility was to provide a report establishing the Plant Replacement Value of the identified USCG Shore Asset. It included, but was not limited to, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical infrastructure necessary to construct the existing structure and its associated supporting systems.
