Oyster Place

This historic oyster production business from early 1900’s located in Ridgely’s Delight was to be renovated and restored into six apartments. The design includes restoration of the interior and exterior brick walls as well as a rooftop deck.  The brick facade will be repointed and repaired and the roofing will be replaced.  The unique structure is a combination of an existing timber wood frame reinforced with cast iron columns. For the interior, we plan to leave as much of the brick as possible exposed. This creates the unique combination of historic and contemporary aesthetic. The rooftop balcony will give the residents views of the downtown sky line. We have the ability to provide renderings to clarify the proposed product and for use in marketing the units.
